Leavitt Machinery Expands Pacific Northwest Presence with Forklift Services of America Acquisition

Leavitt Machinery is pleased to announce the acquisition of Forklift Services of America (FSA) and its affiliated companies, Washington Liftruck, Forklift Services of Oregon, and Pacific JCB. 

This integration strengthens Leavitt Machinery’s presence in the Pacific Northwest and reinforces our commitment to delivering comprehensive materials handling and construction equipment solutions across North America. 



Strengthening Our North American Network

With more than 55 locations across the United States and Canada, Leavitt Machinery continues to grow as one of the largest multi-line materials handling dealership networks in North America. The addition of FSA and its affiliates enhances our ability to support customers throughout Washington and Oregon with expanded resources, technical expertise, and equipment solutions. 

FSA has served customers in the Pacific Northwest since 1973, building a strong reputation for responsive service and long-standing customer relationships. By bringing our organizations together, we are combining regional expertise with the scale and infrastructure of a broader dealership network.

This acquisition allows Leavitt Machinery to further enhance the solutions available to customers across industrial and construction markets, including: 

  • A broader product portfolio spanning forklifts, high-capacity equipment, container handlers, and construction equipment 
  • Access to expanded used and rental inventory across our North American network 
  • Access to Leavitt Machinery’s established regional parts distribution centers and local branch inventories across North America 
  • Expanded mobile service coverage and factory-trained technical support 
  • Operator training and safety programs compliant with regulatory standards 
Our dealership network supports industries including warehousing and distribution, manufacturing, construction, ports and intermodal operations, mining, and heavy industrial applications. This integration strengthens our ability to deliver fleet solutions wherever and whenever customers need them.

Customers of Forklift Services of America, Washington Lifttruck, and Forklift Services of Oregon, and Pacific JCB will continue working with the same local teams they know and trust. Maintaining continuity in service and customer relationships remains a priority throughout this transition.
