We understand how difficult it can be to find time in your schedule to update your skid steer safety training or to certify a member of your team to handle in-house skid steer training. Through a combination of online theory training and an in-person practical assessment, you can complete the theory elements of skid steer safety training as a time that works for you and your company, then book the practical assessment at one of our training locations.

The online course has been designed to comply with the theory training requirements as outlined in CSA Standard B335 as well as SAE J1388-2013 and 29 CFR 1926.20 and 21.

Skid steer instructor training also covers training methodology, approach, training requirements, and due diligence. Upon completion, participants will have a firm understanding of OH&S guidelines and regulations, the theory of learning styles, environmental aids and set up, leveraging multimedia and training materials, evaluation techniques, and record management.

Online theory skid steer training can be taken anytime from anywhere. The course is approximately 60 minutes long and participants must get a mark of 80% to pass the course. Participants may repeat the course two times if a passing mark has not been achieved.
