The Opportunity

You want it? As a Service Dispatcher, you are like the Great Wall of China. You are the first point of contact and the last point of contact for all of our customers. You will succeed in achieving 100% customer satisfaction through developing strong relationships with our technicians and customers. Occasionally, you will have a lot of jobs in progress, so you will work to bring that number down and maintain a low percentage. One last thing; the invoices are meant for our customers, so please do not keep these or take them home.

This job is not for the faint hearted. There will be some tough times where you will be managing a lot of jobs at once. But there will be other times where you are a bit more free, which is the perfect opportunity to push for your career growth and development. You will be working in a big and friendly team, where everyone gets along with one another, and you get to go on fun and social team building events.  To support your success, you will get to leave the office for two weeks to attend our very own unique Leavitt University.

The Ideal Candidate

You are the ideal candidate if you’re an upbeat person who enjoys a good challenge and wants to provide your customers with an exceptionally good experience. You can manage multiple projects, tasks, and jobs, and still maintain excellent communication. Everyone you work with, colleagues or customers will never feel like they got left out in the dark. Related work experience in customer service type of dispatch is a plus, and/or experience in the customer service and administrative fields. If you have this, then take a quick look at your resume to see if you have post-secondary education in a related field.
