Operation Coordinator

Are you an adept coordinator of time sensitive work between multiple stakeholders?

The Opportunity

You will be working with various stakeholders in a fast-paced sales environment. You will deal with supply chain management of new equipment purchases, to ensure your customer receives everything needed to complete the sale. You get to work closely, and report to, the Operations Manager. Management of the lead time will be required to ensure timely delivery of customer purchases, or other important tasks that may have impact on other stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be involved with

  • Use of Dynamics CRM and AX to do various type of administrative duties
  • Liaise between customers, sales reps, or vendors to direct reports
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects with Operations Manager

The Ideal Candidate

You are someone who enjoy working with others, along with managing the challenges that may come with it, to deliver excellent service to all internal and external stakeholders. Solving issues is something you are good at, and you can ensure everything is done and delivered on time. Being organized will be natural to you in order to thrive in the fast-pace environment time sensitive environment. Basic requirements include

  • Degree or diploma in Management Systems or Operations Management;
    • Or 3 to 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment or vehicle dealership environment
  • Computer Proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office programs
