The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a savvy Service Manager with vision to join our exceptional team. This role is fast-paced and challenging, yet deeply rewarding. The Service Manager at our Grand Prairie branch plays an integral role in our business. Reporting directly to the Regional Service Manager, you will be an essential part of the leadership team.

The Ideal Candidate

You see customer service as a top priority and as complementary to the success of the company. You possess the ability to analyze an operating statement with precision, to gain a true picture of your department’s successes and shortcomings. Mechanically inclined, you’ve proven your ability to problem-solve, perform under pressure, and make quick yet intelligent decisions. You have post-secondary education in a related field. You have previously worked in a similar role, where you have earned a reputation for your ability to develop and lead a strong team while creating a positive work environment. Comfortable with today’s technologies, you are proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite, iOS operating system for your mobile device, and chrome web browser. Always top of mind, you recognize the importance of a safe work place for all.
